CARDIO HIP-HOP CLASS

Our beginner drop-in classes focus on cardio fitness while dancing.  Get those muscles pumping and your body grooving, every Tuesday from 8PM – 9PM at La Cité Athletic Facility in Building H.

FOR EXPERIENCED DANCERS

Keep an eye out for our intermediate and advanced pop-up workshops, designed for seasoned dancers. These sessions emphasize technique and artistry in a studio-style format, pushing your skills to the next level.
