Culture Shock Ottawa offers training and fitness classes in a variety of dance types and styles. Ability levels range from beginner to advanced, and master classes or workshops are also available. Classes are typically open for drop-ins unless otherwise specified.
Classes are taught in a cardio format and focus on providing a workout while having fun dancing to a specific style such as Hip Hop, Old School, House, and a variety of other styles. Although these classes are for all levels of dancers and fitness enthusiasts, they are a great place to start for the novice dancer.

Join Future Shock Toronto's 2016/2017 team! FSTO is a youth hip hop troupe for those aged 11-17. It's a fantastic opportunity to be trained in a variety of urban dance styles, connect with other youth in your community, and grow as both an individual and a dancer. Come out and join the Toronto Future Shock Family!
All youth are more than welcome to join for just the class portion of the evening! It's FREE.
2021 Showcase Master Classes

Culture Shock Canada is proud to present the 2021 Culture Shock Canada Showcase Weekend Workshops. Come and experience a full day of incredible Hip Hop Workshops at le Collège La Cité, 810 Aviation Parkway.
These classes will feature a variety of the industry’s best instructors. Faculty will be confirmed in May 2021.
